NexSoft Studio operates on a digital credit-based system for all its services.
By purchasing credits or balance, you agree to the following Refund Policy.
✅ Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered only under these conditions:
- Credits were mistakenly purchased but completely unused
- Duplicate or accidental payment occurred
- A verified technical issue prevented service usage
Each case will be reviewed individually.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Credits already used (partially or fully)
- Dissatisfaction with generated results
- Account suspension due to policy violation
- Incorrect usage of the platform
- Change of mind after purchase
Since our services are digital and instantly usable, used credits are non-refundable.
⏱ Refund Request Time Limit
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Requests beyond this period will not be eligible for review.
