Note: We do not track your browsing history or collect URLs outside of the specific government websites supported by the extension (teletalk.com.bd, indianvisa-bangladesh.nic.in, and pcc.police.gov.bd).

3. Data Processing & Security (Privacy-First Architecture)

We follow a privacy-first and minimal-retention approach to protect user data.
All uploaded documents are handled through secure, temporary processing strictly for providing the requested service.

How data is handled:

Secure Transmission:
Any document you upload is transferred through encrypted connections to ensure data protection during processing.
Temporary Processing Only:
Uploaded files are processed only for the purpose of extracting necessary text fields required to autofill official forms.
This processing happens in real time and is not persistent.
No Server Retention:
We do not permanently store, archive, or retain uploaded documents or extracted content on our servers.
Once processing is completed, the data is immediately discarded from our systems.
User-Controlled Local Storage:
Extracted information may be stored locally within your browser to allow repeated autofill without re-uploading documents.
This local data remains fully under your control and can be deleted at any time through the extension interface or by uninstalling the extension.

This approach ensures that your sensitive information remains private, temporary, and user-controlled at all times.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data solely for the following purposes:

Service Delivery: To extract text from your documents and autofill online forms on your behalf.
Account Management: To track your “Credits” balance and prevent unauthorized use.

We do NOT use your personal documents to train AI models.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

NexSoft Studio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell your Google user data to third parties.
We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
We only transfer data to third parties as necessary to provide the specific feature (text extraction) you requested.

6. Data Retention

Server-Side: We retain zero user documents. All processing is transient.
Client-Side: Extracted profiles are stored in your browser until you manually delete them or uninstall the extension.
Account Data: Your email and credit balance are stored securely on our authentication servers until you request account deletion.

You have the right to:

Delete your data: You can delete saved profiles directly inside the extension.
Revoke Access: You can revoke our access to your Google Account at any time via your Google Security Settings.
Request Deletion: You may contact us to request the complete deletion of your account record from our authentication system.
